OPEYEMI ADEBARI

Opeyemi Adebari attended the University of Ibadan, Nigeria for her LLB and LLM Degrees. She was called and licensed to practice up to the Supreme Court in Nigeria. She is a doctoral candidate at the Nigerian Premier University in Nigeria.

Opeyemi Adebari has extensive experience covering Corporate Commercial law, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Development, and Funds; and routinely provides transactional and general legal advisory services in these areas. She is an Associate Partner of the firm.
